I need to give a BIG shout-out to my baby sister, Megan....She was given a big promotion (including big pay raise and perks) at work yesterday and is *finally* in the career of her dreams!
Meg works for the American Cancer Society and once she transitions in to her new position she'll be the Income Development Community Organizer and will organize all of the Relay events in Western Maine.
Megan has been working toward this type of career move for 8 years or so. She's has had "foot-in-the-door" job, after job, worked multiple jobs to make ends meet and has really lived paycheck to paycheck. This move will alleviate her financial worries.
So, congratulations, Megan! Matt and I are so proud of you and I know that Mom would be too!!!
